The **Patents Technician** will ensure that the administration of the Grifols Intellectual Property Departament runs smoothly and efficiently. Adheres to Intellectual Property policies at Grifols and works to meet internal/external deadlines that the departament has.

**What your responsibilities will be**:

- You will complete administrative requests as required by the Intellectual Property Department and Scientific and Innovation Office.
- You will manage the electronic filing of documents.
- You will proceed with the invoicing.
- You will prepare summaries and case statuses.
- You will be working with internal clients to obtain instructions on patents and trade matters.
- You will be working with external lawyers to manage administrative patent and trade mark matters in Grifols.

**Who you are**:

- You hold a Bacherlor’s Degree.
- You bring 5+ years’ experience working in a similar role.
- You are fluent in Spanish and English.
- You have strong MS Office skills.
- You have excellent communication, interpersonal, organization and time management skills.
- You have the ability to be a team player and work effectively with cross-functional team.
