- Lead collaboration through online and offline product, marketing and operations.
- Manage teams of user experience designers and editors, researchers, interaction designers and UX

developers etc.- Recommend best approaches for implementation of user experience.
- Collaborate with various teams to design end-to-end chain of services, systems and human

interactions.- Ensure to prioritize User-Centered Design projects, improvements and content as per enterprise priorities as well as Experience Systems.
- Successfully interpret business strategy into commercial user experience solutions in collaboration with, customers, brand, product, and technology teams.
- Represent the voice of the customer with relevant data within product and service planning.
- Ensure objectives and goals for their project teams are clearly defined and are consistent with the group User Experience strategy, vision, and values.

- Minimum requirements:
- Deep experience with both UX/interaction design and UI, fluent in web and mobile information architecture, and can translate functional objectives into detailed specifications, the UX manager carries a thorough understanding of his/her end users, a passion for user-centered design, and a critical eye toward clear visuals and text.
- Demonstrated ability to design for complex business tasks and supporting technologies
- Passionate about advocating for User needs
- Experienced in working with a Product Strategy team to understand product requirements and turning the requirements into buildable user experiences
- Possess an understanding of what is reasonably possible to achieve within the boundaries of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- High degree of self-motivation - willing to “do what it takes” to get the job done and to learn new methodologies that will enhance job performance
- Ability to mentor employees on various UX/UI topics

Experience Background:
mobile experience- Solid skills in interaction design and an understanding of overall user experience principles
- Fluent English

Key Result Areas / Critical Success Factors-
- Conceive and model user interface prototypes based on collected user requirements, test cases, and developmental objectives
- Design complex IA and User flows
- Collaborate with business analysts, other designers, and software developers to ensure prototypes can be efficiently implemented
- Define and develop current GUI style standards, as well as remain knowledgeable about emerging GUI standards and trends
- Establish policies and procedures for following GUI standards design and testing in conjunction with stakeholders
- Plan and implement usability tests throughout development lifecycle and analyse results for resolving GUI-design issues

Produce compelling, engaging, user experiences that allow users to accomplish their tasks easily and efficiently. Achieve these goals while still fulfilling stated business requirements, project goals, and product vision- Work with Product Strategy to understand product requirements and turning them into buildable user experiences
- Collaborate with other designers, user researchers, business analysts, and software engineers to enable the design process encouraging productive dialog, and helping the design team to solve design problems as they arise
- Participate and collaborate in concept development and design ideation for new product features
- Contribute toward and employ established UX patterns and conventions in experiences tailored to target devices (desktop, tablet, phone, etc. )
- Produce design deliverables including final design/UI, user flows, sketches at various levels of fidelity, wireframes, journey maps, and other similar tools to demonstrate and to aid the validation of proposed design solutions
- Document the results of design related meetings and document design deliverables
- This position includes various levels of involvement in user research activities
