**Qualifications**:

- Expertise in ANSI SQL programming, particularly with SQL Server and Oracle
- Expertise in ETL design and development, SSIS and Informatica are key
- Performance tuning experience
- Exposure to NoSQL and Graph programming
- Strong attention to detail
- Champion team success over individual accomplishment
- Passionate about learning and continuous improvement
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field required
- 3+ years of prior technology leadership and development experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitasking and quick learning.
- Commitment to satisfying internal and external customers
- Strong desire to win

**Job Duties**
- Work across a geographically split team to deliver global data solutions.
- Manage development standards for database development (SQL and ETL)
- Collaborate with other teams in enterprise level projects and provide support / guidance as needed
- Develop key components/templates for offshore teams, evangelize and educate them
- Support of multiple SQL & NoSQL technologies; mainly Oracle & SQL data solutions
- Examine database workloads and performance KPIs to tune and implement enhancements
- Build and improve automation for release pipelines
- Determine the most effective ways to optimize performance of existing solutions
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
