**He/she will support the engineering department product developers on new designs/modifications and will eventually become a key player in the company´s growth by developing new products for our customers and the automotive market. Work close with OEMs and Tiers to detect their needs and pains as well as stablish relationship with engineering companies, which will be the base to develop innovative technical solutions, coordinated together with the Sales responsible.**

Rôle et responsabilités
- Insert specifics of role and responsibilities
- Take part on all phases of the product development: design of the part, material selection, perform tests, prepare documentation and definition of pre-method.
- Develop new products in close collaboration with the selected customers.
- Generate a close relation with the key technical players and spend an important part of the time with them detecting & solving needs.
- Be a technical problem solver, seen as a source of confidence.
- Proactive attitude in front of the customer (generate “push” developments - developments without RFQ).
- Support the product development process up to final customer validation.
- Strong collaboration with sales and quality, and the OPM (Operational Project Manager)-multifunctional team for industrialization.
- Create customer loyalty and be the first and preferred technical source for fastening to the assigned customers.
- Collaboration with A.Raymond network for multinational clients and Network communities.

Formation et expérience
- Technical Engineering degree.
- Design experience a plus.
- Strong Catia skills knowledge.
- Fluent English (C1) and Spanish.
- French and German will be a plus.
