**Our Request**:
Office location is Amsterdam, Cardiff or Madrid.

**Core tasks**:
As a Senior Engineer you will:

- ** Design & Build our UI Component Library**: Lead the design and development of our reusable UI component library, ensuring it meets high standards of quality, accessibility, and performance while maintaining brand consistency.
- ** Champion the Design System**: Guide and support teams in their adoption of the design system and component library, providing hands-on enablement and using their feedback to improve the platform.
- ** Enable the Community**: Create and maintain clear, effective developer documentation and training materials for our engineering community.

**Knowledge, skills and experience**:

- Deep, practical experience as a **Front-End Engineer**, with a track record of delivering high-quality UI solutions in enterprise environments using **React**and** Next.JS.**:

- Experience building and maintaining **shared UI component libraries, design systems, and platform services** (e.g., using Storybook).
- Experience with the modern front-end ecosystem, including **TypeScript, package management (PNPM/Yarn)**:

- Strong understanding of **UI/UX design principles, web accessibility**and** front-end testing strategies**.
- Familiarity with Azure services and modern DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, containerisation, feature flags).
- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
