**Descripción**:
En **Cognodata**, consultora líder en soluciones de IA, BI y transformación digital, ayudamos a nuestros clientes a convertir datos en decisiones con impacto real en el negocio. Estamos ampliando nuestro equipo y buscamos un** Data Scientist Customer Life & Value (CLV)**, para integrarse en un proyecto del sector Banca.
**Funciones y responsabilidades**:
- Diseñar, construir y validar modelos de **CLV** utilizando técnicas estadísticas y de Machine Learning.
- Analizar datos de comportamiento de clientes, transacciones y engagement para identificar patrones relevantes.
- Implementar modelos en entornos productivos y realizar su seguimiento para garantizar el rendimiento.
- Colaborar con los equipos de Marketing, Producto y CRM para traducir insights en acciones concretas.
- Segmentar clientes según su valor proyectado y proponer estrategias personalizadas.
- Crear dashboards y reportes que faciliten la toma de decisiones basada en datos.
- **Experiência como Data Scientist que podría sumar a la posición de** **Customer Life & Value** (**CLV**):
- Elaboración de análisis de comportamiento de usuarios.
- Desarrollo de modelos de Machine Learning, scoring o riesgo, probabilísticos (BG/NBD, Gamma-Gamma, etc), modelos de regresión.
- Análisis de cohortes y retención.

- Experiência deseable en posiciones Customer Life & Value o en funciones similares a las descritas.
- Experiência como Data Scientist, Data Analyst o posición similar.
- Formación técnica preferiblemente (en áreas de Ingeniería, Estadística o similares).
Experiência con modelos de Machine Learning, regresión, clasificación o series temporales.
- Experiência con SQL y Tableau o PowerBI o similar.
- Experiência en Customer Insights y Marketing Analytics, entender bien el negocio y métricas como CAC, ARPU, churn, etc.
