Reporting directly to the General Manager Medical Care Spain and in alignment with Corporate MA & Economic affairs department located in France (dotted line), your responsibilities will be:

- Ensure access in Spain including Pricing, Listing, Bidding and Reimbursement of the medical care products to patients, contributing to the revenue and sales
- Adapt and implement the optimal market access strategy for all Pierre Fabre drugs and medical therapies through full life cycle management, in alignment with the GM and the MA Corporate. You will lead this strategy with creativity and assertiveness
- Coordinate price policies and negotiations at national and regional levels
- Observe and analyze current developments in the Spanish health policy environment, including analysis of the activities of competitors
- Share with the global market access department any expected changes in national health policy
- Represent the company among health authorities regulating access to the market and coordinate collaboration with partners and relevant committees (associations or professional societies)
- Participate in the development/adaptation and implementation of local and international market studies
- Lead all local MA projects in terms of budget, timing, and resources in collaboration with MA Corporate and coordinating a Regional Market Access Manager in Madrid.

Profil recherché

The needed requirements for this role are:

- Scientific background: Physicians, Pharmacist, health economics or pharmaceutical

marketing
- Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen
- Track record of successful negotiations with Medical Officers of Health at a national level
- Min. 10 years’ experience in MA / Government Affairs in multinational pharmaceutical/

consulting companies
- Strong network of relevant stakeholders in Spain
- Experience coordinating cross-functional project groups to execute market access plans
- Languages: Spanish and English mandatory. French would be a plus
- Influence skills
- Problem-solving skills and assertiveness
- Initiative and autonomy
- Leadership skills to challenge the strategy and propose recommendations
- Good communication skills.
