We are looking for an IT Service Architect who is excited to be part of a team to manage the Windows Digital Workplace at Siemens.
**We make real what matters. This is your role.**
- As a global IT Service Architect, you will be accountable for the overall architectural planning of the Siemens managed Windows client based on Microsoft Intune and some remaining legacy SCCM scenarios
- Covering relevant use cases within the Siemens IT environment for best possible functionality and user experience.
- You will ensure that Siemens ZeroTrust principles are applied to ensure a compliant and trusted Windows managed client fleet.
- Your duties will also include the support of internal as well as external audits and evaluations of the managed Windows Service
- Be part of a virtual group of experts (Siemens IT, Siemens business, Provider and Vendor) and develop the future service improvements and enhancements
- Initiate and drive required feature requests and functionalities at relevant vendor & provider
- You will collaborate with colleagues and teams from other Infrastructure Services such as Azure AD, Cybersecurity team as well as the vendor, ensuring a sustained architectural planning

- Successfully completed university degree in Information Technology or similar
- Very Good knowledge in IT Infrastructure Services
- You have technical leadership experience in IT concept, design and planning for legacy and modern device management
- Specific Microsoft platform Know-How with Microsoft Intune and SCCM
- Knowledge of ServiceNow platform is a plus
- Experience with collaborating/driving global virtual teams
- Experience in collaborating with internal and external service provider & vendor
- Strong Focus on End-Users and an End2End responsibility
- Business fluent English language skills
