**As a Commercial Director, you will**:
- Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies that align with the region’s long-term objectives.
- Collaborate with the business development, sales, and marketing teams to ensure effective execution of commercial initiatives.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic negotiations and closing of high-value deals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform and adjust business strategies.
- Report regularly to senior management, providing insights and strategic recommendations on commercial performance.
**Your tasks will include**:
- Working with and mentoring commercial teams, fostering a high-performance, results-driven culture.
- Conducting in-depth market research and analysis to uncover new opportunities and align them with customer needs.
- Developing and executing sales and marketing plans to expand market share and drive business growth.
- Building relationships with key clients and industry leaders to establish long-term partnerships.
- Overseeing pricing strategies and financial forecasting to maximize profitability.
- Collaborating with internal teams (finance, business development, operations) to align strategies and achieve commercial goals.
**Required qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar commercial or business development role, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong expertise in strategic planning, market analysis, and business development.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive results.
- High level of financial acumen, including experience in pipeline management and sales forecasting.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, CRM software, and sales analytics tools.
