You will assist the Sales Team and e-KAM by providing sell-out analyses and extracting pertinent data. The objective is to provide actionable insights that will inform and shape future action plans tailored to each customer.
**TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Modern Trade Sell-out data analysis**
- _Data Extraction and Analysis: Extract relevant information from customers' platforms, providing regular analyses to drive actionable insights. _
- _Reporting Expertise: Compile comprehensive reports that serve as a strategic guidance for the Sales Iberia team, aiding in informed decision-making for Spain and Portugal. _
**E-commerce data analysis**:
Amazon:
- _Weekly Sales Analysis: Systematically analyze Amazon's sales data on a weekly basis, identifying trends and patterns to help with strategic decisions. _
- _Traffic and Conversion Assessment: Provide assessments of weekly web traffic and conversion rates, contributing to a better understanding of brand/products visibility. _
- _Category Evolution Monitoring: Track the evolution of categories and subcategories, providing valuable insights to enhance overall performance. _
- _Product Availability Oversight: Ensure consistent product availability through weekly catalog checks, minimizing online store disruptions. _
e-Retailers:
- _Website Monitoring: Inform about developments in the online retail landscape. _
- _Content Development: Contribute to the development of online content, aligning it with our brand strategy to enhance our digital presence._
- Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Marketing, Engineering, Economics or similar.
- Microsoft Office 365 ( _Excel & Power Point - Intermediate user _).

- No specific experience required. E-commerce and data analysis knowledge is a plus.
- **Strong analytical and problem-solving skills **to effectively diagnose and evaluate information

- Fluent in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus).
