**Responsabilidades**:

- Gestionar las consultas de los clientes por teléfono, correo electrónico o chat.
- Resolver dudas, quejas y reclamaciones de manera profesional y amigable.
- Proporcionar información clara sobre productos y servicios.
- Registrar incidencias y hacer seguimiento a las solicitudes de los clientes.
- Colaborar con otros departamentos para resolver problemas de los clientes.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência previa en atención al cliente (preferible).
- Buenas habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
- Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y resolver problemas de manera eficiente.
- Nível de inglés [si es necesario para el puesto].
- Actitud positiva y enfoque orientado al cliente.
- Conocimiento de herramientas informáticas (MS Office, CRM, etc.).
