**Purpose of the role**

You will play an important role in designing, implementing, integrating and maintaining our identity and access management solution.

**What you will do**:

- System Design, Integration and Implementation
- Design, implement and maintain our IAM Solution
- User Lifecycle Management
- Develop, implement and maintain processes for user provisioning, de-provisioning, and account lifecycle management
- Ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Access Control and Authentication
- Configure and manage access controls, authentication, and authorisation mechanisms
- Identity Governance
- Implement and manage identity governance processes to ensure proper management of user access rights and entitlements
- Develop and enforce policies for identity and access management in alignment with organisational goals and compliance requirements
- Conduct regular audits and assessments
- Support any other IAM services projects

**Job requirements**:

- Proven experience as an IAM Engineer, preferably with a focus on open-source solutions
- Strong understanding of identity management, access control, and authentication protocols
- Deep understanding with LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OIDC and other relevant IAM protocols and standards
- Strong experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation tasks
- Ability to keep up in an extremely fast-paced environment and and take on-call's
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

**Bonus point for**:

- Proficiency in implementing and managing midPoint
- Certifications in IAM-related technologies (eg: CIDPRO certification)
- Experience with at least one configuration management and automation tool (such as Puppet, Ansible)
- Worked with production IAM systems
