The **EBU Commercial Planning team **has several tasks:

- Business Planning: we work together with EBU Segments and Finance to set the unit’s targets, follow up on its performance, analyse trends and identify Risks & Ops.
- Sales Planning:

- We provide regional support setting targets, following performance, analyse trends and identify Risks & Ops at a regional level. Through this function we also help pushing key initiatives in the different regions.
- We centralise EBU sales incentives policies ensuring they are aligned with unit’s priorities, follow up and analyse performance and proposing changes when needed.

As a **Business Analyst & Commercial Planning** you´ll be in charge of the following responsibilities:

- Proactively analyse all the information available to generate insights to support business decisions.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in commercial performance.
- Propose and/or help define action plans when needed.
- Develop new models/dashboards to track key indicators/trends
- Work directly and build relationships with key stakeholders to understand day to day challenges and gather inputs for our modelling and analyses.
- Ownership over team’s data structure. Propose new methods, tools and processes to improve team’s efficiency and ensure data quality.

**What do you Bring?**
- Degree in Business, mathematics, statistics, engineering or related field
- Proven experience in data analysis
- Strong knowledge of SQL, databases (teradata), reporting tools (Power BI, click view, etc) and modelling/statistical tools.
- Strong business sense and good communication skills
- Ability to work in cross functional teams.
- Proactive, curious and autonomous person willing to collaborate with the rest of the team.
