Our cloud based platform, allows our clients to understand their customers' behaviour through the data collection and transformation using AI algorithms, giving them a 360 vision of their business and an omnichannel tool to manage their marketing campaigns and loyalty programs. We are looking for a new Customer Success Manager to join the team. **What your daily work will look like**: - Manage up to 5 accounts making sure that the product and service are meeting the customers' expectations. - Lead and follow up on the on-boarding process and platform training. - Execute specific actions and campaigns - Deliver monthly follow up of KPIs and detects red flags regarding business - Understands customer needs and identifies up-selling opportunities (with AE) **What your background looks like**: - Previous experience as a Customer Success Manger in SaaS B2B companies. - Proficiency in Spanish / Catalan (both written and verbal) - Bachelor's degree in business, economy or any related field. - You have a very analytical mindset and excellent communication skills - You are fluent in English **Our benefits**: - 50% discount on private health care with Cigna. - Flexible schedule. - Fridays are short days. - Birthdays day-off. - Training budget and free access to O'Reilly -> Explore your capabilities and keep on learning. - We are remote-friendly No matter your location what's important is your contribution. - 25 days of paid vacation - English lessons - Gym discounts ️‍️ - Flex compensation with Cobee - Team building activities
