**MISSION**:

- The Mission of this position is to support the marketing team for the different strategic fragrance categories (Fine Fragrance, Personal Care, Home Care and Air Care)

**FUNCTIONS**:

- Follow, analyze, and share the relevant market trends and new products launches and communicate to the marketing managers for their respective categories.
- Design data reports coming from the following sources: Euromonitor, Mintel and WGSN.
- Support the marketing team on the key Proactive Marketing Tools (Category Review, Promo Kits, Trends Presentations) for all categories (Fine Fragrance, Personal Care, Home Care and Air Care) on Canva.
- Support each Marketing Manager on Promo Kits preparations, including the presentation content, printing the labels, and shipping the kits to the regions.
- Coordinate Smelling sessions and product portfolios for Home & Personal Care; managing market products purchasing, ensuring the required set-up for the smelling sessions, and preparing the olfactive mapping for the presentations.
- Publish relevant content in our internal social media (YAMMER), to give relevant information and insights to the different teams involved: Marketing, Sales, Fragrance Development Managers
- Give general support to the Marketing Team on all internal and external client presentation when needed.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
**Educational Background required (indicate minimum level and desirable level)**:
Currently studying a Degree in Marketing, Economics, Business and Administration or related studies.

**Experience required**: Experience desirable

**Languages and minimum level required**:
English: high

Spanish: Intermediate high

**Required Personal Competencies**:

- Creativity & Passion for the fragrance industry.
- Analytical Skills to conduct market research.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Proactivity & Innovation skills.
- Ability to work individually and autonomously

**What we offer**:

- 720 euros gross per month
- 6 months agreement with the study center + 6 months if both parts agree. Ideally the trainee will complete one year internship.
- Monday to Friday from 08h00 to 14h00 or from 09h00 to 15h00.
