**What will be your contributions to Closca?**

**Your mission **will be to develop and complete integrated communication programs aligned to sales and marketing objectives through the understanding of the business, markets and channels.

You will be the main responsible for nurturing our community and adapting a brand strategy for the company’s target market by executing the most effective actions through the different channels of CLosca Design.

Your contribution to Closca Design will be exceptional if you develop the following roles:
**Communication & Marketing specialist**
- You will be constantly **developing and implementing communication and content ideas** to effectively generate brand awareness and growth through several B2C and B2B channels as well as target markets.
- You will understand which content and strategies generate wider impact based on KPI analysis and achievement of commercial objectives to **suggest new ideas and adjustments that can improve performance and position our brand**.
- You will be the person in charge** coordinating all third parties** including an agency that will support you with production and content.
- **Own and grow our net of influencers and brand partnership**s by identifying new potential partners as well as taking care and nurturing the relationship with the current ones.

**Social Media Builder**
- **
Co-creating & executing the organic Social Media Strategy by defiining and a**dapting content and format to each social media platform (IG, FB, Twitter, TikTok, Youtube )
- Align social media strategy to the rest of communication channels to ensure we maximize the results and connection with our community.

**App & Web Builder**
- **
Making our platform community grow **by performing striking jazzy actions and initiatives connecting people that share our values
- **
Increase app users engagement **since it is a tool that is willing to become a meeting site
- **Writing and maintenance of web page and blog** to have updates and news available for our community (designs, texts, storytelling )

**¿What will make you succeed with us?**
- **
+3 years of related experience managing community building, social media and/or organic marketing channels**
- Experience as a **copywriter **since everything you create will be shared in our web, blog, Social Media channels, therefore your experience with copy is fundamental to share our philosophy through these channels
- Having a **growth mindset **to identify and adapt the growth tools of each communication and marketing channel and grow our community
- Be a** creative, proactive, and restless** person who is always looking for trends, tools, new channels, new markets, and different ideas. You will need to think outside the box to provide your ideas to the design team and make them happen.
- **
Spanish and English speaker **(oral and written)**,** it will be fundamental to create content in both languages to spread the message and widen our community and also you will be in touch with international stakeholders
- **Be passionate about our mission and willing to be a change ambassador. **If you truly share our values and purpose, everything else will flow easily
- Appetite to work and grow in a fast paced and dynamic **startup environment**. Every day brings great new opportunities, so you need to be always active and ready to go the **extra-mile**

**It would also be awesome if you**
- Have worked with an **inspiring, sustainable, or ecological** organization/brand before. It will be a plus if you know the target audience, the community, and trends that already are in place, it will be a lot easier to create strategies if you know how the same type of brands work.
