Service Coordinator

SHIPPING SAFETY is an international service company specializing in naval safety and fire protection systems. We are worldwide company with our branches in America, Europe and Asia. Our customers are the major players in cruise and cargo.
- Responsibilities_
- Prepare quotes based on scope of work
- Organize services on board (personnel, tools, materials)
- Communication with clients for problems found and suitable solutions under service manager supervision
- Correct use of company management software and internal procedures
- Feedback to sales managers on ongoing activities and problem
- Authorize costs related to managed activities
- Cooperation with colleagues
- Schedule technicians for the jobs according to their skills (based on training and certifications)
- Provide needed information about logistic and equipment / scope of work of the job
- Assisting technicians while service is ongoing
- Coordinate the Office Supplies and supervise / plan according to operations
- Coordinate with Office Service Manager the planning of technicians onboard
- Qualifications and experience_
- English (spoken and written)
- Italian a plus
- Bachelor's degree is a plus
- Proactive and willing to learn
- Dutch a plus not mandatory
