- Associate 1-2 - Generalist M&A team leading investment bank - Madrid Office
- Our client is a leading independent mid-market investment bank operating globally. They provide advice on M&A, debt advisory, and equity capital markets transactions to corporations, private equity firms, and family-owned businesses.
- They are looking for an Associate to join their investment banking team in Madrid. In this generalist role, you will work on a range of M&A and corporate finance transactions across sectors such as tech, FIG ,consumer, industrials, business services, healthcare & more.
- **Key responsibilities**:

- Conduct financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence for transactions.
- Prepare presentation materials including information memoranda, management presentations, and pitch books.
- Support execution of transactions including debt financing and syndication.
- Interact with clients to build relationships and win new business.
- Manage processes, coordinate advisors, and ensure smooth execution.

**Requirements**:

- 3-6 years of experience in M&A or corporate finance, at an investment bank, boutique or big 4.
- Excellent financial modeling and valuation skills
- Fluent written and verbal communication abilities in Spanish & English
- Self-motivated with the ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple priorities
- Strong academics
