Position Description:Front Desk:
As a Front Desk Intern, you will develop a comprehensive understanding of Front Desk operations:
- Utilize computer software, including LMS, to efficiently check guests into hotel rooms. Cultivate high-quality guest service skills, serving as a resort ambassador with each guest. Learn to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and enhance oral and written communication skills. Work well under pressure to meet deadlines within specified time frames.Reservations:
- In the role of Reservations Intern, you will gain insights into Reservations Sales:
- Master computer software, including LMS, to accurately book hotel reservations. Develop and exhibit high-quality guest service skills, acting as a resort ambassador. Acquire skills to maintain guest service standards and operational procedures. Coordinate with external departments to organize and execute Reservations operations.Knowledge or Skills to be Taught: Customer Service Skills, Teamwork, Scheduling, Conflict Resolution, Time Management, Sales skills, and Luxury standards.
Certification Required: Current enrollment (or within 1 year post graduation) in bachelor's program in entertainment, hospitality, tourism, or any related field of study.
Skills Required: Customer Service Skills, Punctuality, Understanding Expectations, Self-Management, Teamwork, time management, attention to detail, confidence, active listening.
English Language Requirements: Must have upper-intermediate level or higher in English and intermediate/B2 level on proof of English forms.
