expression and artificial drug delivery systems.

indications, including cancer and lysosomal storage disorders. In particular, in the Mimic-key project we aim at
identifying bone honing factors in extracellular vesicles that will be then used to functionalized synthetic liposomes (EV
- mimics) for the treatment of pycnodisostosis, a rare disease caused by the deficiency of cathepsin K.

- Extracellular vesicle isolation and characterization
- Cell culture
- Good publication records
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)

**Desired: -**

Good writing and communication skills
- Good computer skills, basic knowledge in bioinformatic and statistical analysis
- Experience/accreditation for animal handling
- Background in lysosomal storage disorders and/or cancer research
- We are looking for a person who has a proven hands-on attitude, flexible and adaptable. Additionally, the

**Main responsibilities and duties: -**

isolate EVs from different cell lines (stablished cell lines, MSC, iPS, etc.). Cells will have to be previously

modified to overexpress the therapeutic protein-cargo in precise subcellular compartments. He/she will also be
