**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the daily operations of all departments: tax, accounting, Procurement, labor, marketing, and IT departments.
- Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax and labor regulations.
- Manage a team of professionals, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and professional development.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics.
- Provide monthly reports to shareholders on the implementation of processes and detailed updates on milestones achieved.
- Assist clients with services-related enquiries and issues.
- Analyze and interpret financial statements to assist clients and inform decision-making.
- Continuously improve the quality of services and client satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Manager/ Director
- Experience in restaurants groups
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
