**Job Overview**

As an RWE Statistician, you’ll play a pivotal role in transforming real-world data into actionable insights that shape the future of healthcare. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deliver impactful studies that inform clinical, commercial, and regulatory decision-making.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide **statistical expertise**and **project management support**for both standard and custom real-world studies.
- Design and implement **robust statistical methodologies**tailored to client objectives and data availability.
- Conduct **advanced statistical analyses**(e.g., multivariate analysis, regression, forecasting) to derive meaningful conclusions.
- Translate complex data into **clear, actionable insights**through written reports and presentations.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define study objectives, data sources, and delivery strategies.
- Contribute to the **development of new products and analytics solutions**, identifying opportunities for innovation.
- Support client engagements by offering **methodological consultation**and ensuring high-quality project delivery.

**Qualifications**
- **Master’s degree**in Statistics, Mathematics, Bioinformatics, or a related field with **2+ years**of relevant experience
- (or Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience) _
- Proficiency in **SAS**and/or **SPSS**; experience with **large datasets**and **data manipulation**.
- Strong foundation in **sampling techniques**, **forecasting models**, and **statistical programming**.
- Excellent **written and verbal communication skills**; ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Preferred: Knowledge of **C**, **Visual Basic**, **AI methods**, **linear programming**, and **market research techniques**.
