**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing: Work closely with the domain team, following established policies and documentation processes.
- User Support: Assist business users to maximize adherence to SAP solutions, ensuring clarity and usability.
- Escalation Management: Serve as an escalation point from L2 support, performing root cause analysis and solution fixes when needed.
**Enhancement Requests**:
- Solution Design: Develop designs for enhancement requests that align with the core SAP solution.
- Specifications Preparation: Create both general and detailed specifications, adhering to methodology and quality standards.
- Handover to Offshore Team: Prepare and transfer design details to the offshore team responsible for implementation.
- Customization Management: Coordinate with local development teams for customizations, following the full change management process.
- SAP Recommendations: Offer expert advice on SAP functionalities relevant to business needs.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct verification and regression testing to ensure high-quality solution delivery.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Mandatory: Professional fluency in English.
- Preferred: Basic debugging skills, with foundational knowledge in SAP CS module.
