Tenemos una vacante inmediata como IT MANAGER, IT Engineer, en uno de sus centros de operaciones, en BADAJOZ.

Serás miembro del equipo responsable de lo que ocurre desde el momento que un cliente hace «click» en «comprar«Tendrás la oportunidad de trabajar con líderes sénior, así como influir y dar forma a la dirección de nuevos servicios; trabajarás en problemas emocionantes y complejos para ayudar a la compañía a escalar y hacer crecer el servicio para satisfacer las demandas de los millones de clientes de la compañía

Sabrás perfectamente cómo funcionan las cosas en tus áreas de responsabilidad y mantendrás los cambios bajo control. Construirás y operarás entornos de infraestructura y proporcionarás información crítica para garantizar que la plataforma esté diseñada teniendo en cuenta la operabilidad. Te asegurarás de que todo el trabajo en torno a la infraestructura avance de manera efectiva. Como no hay dos días iguales en la compañía, prosperarás con los cambios y deberás aceptar la ambigüedad.

Basic qualifications: ENGLISH MANDATORY and
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences
- Bachelor degree or equivalent professional
- Good project management experience
- Good appreciation of infrastructure components

Preferred Qualifications:

- Good understanding of Infrastructure and its components.

- Demonstrated ability to work in a ever-growing, ambiguous environment while prioritizing and handling multiple responsibilities.
- Solid oral and written communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated experience communicating effectively across organizational structures and multiple management levels.
- Ability to effectively facilitate collaboration across multiple functions, departments, and levels, and function as a role model for teamwork.
- Strong analytical skills with a progressive ability for problem solving and a respectful ability to operate autonomously in most situations, to effectively handle multiple conflicting priorities,
- Attention-to-detail: you’re conscientious in developing clear and concise documentation
