Sandoz Iberia is looking for a Marketing Retail (Business Analytics) Trainee to support the department. This is a unique opportunity for someone currently willing to contribute directly to keep building an effective management of the Business Unit.

The opportunity is located at the Sandoz site in Madrid.

**Your Responsibilities Include, but not limited to**:

- Obtaining a complete picture of the BU needs, market trends and competitive environment, identifying opportunities and risks for the BU and providing strategic guidance based on the market and competition dynamics
- Developing and maintain best-in class SFE framework including Segmentation and incentive plan s.
- Providing the BU with the adequate metrics to assess performance and drive strategic and tactical changes to maximize BU results and ensure efficacy and efficiency of resources
- Managing and coordinate the relevant projects for the BU
- Providing support on multichannel and digital initiatives relevant for the BU
- Support in all necessary market analysis and portfolio forecasting

**What**You’ll**bring to the role**:

- University education related to Business Administration, Pharmacy or any related degrees.
- Optional: b eing studying a master's degree related to Big Data, Data Analytics, Data Science
- **Possibility of generating an internship agreement with your university or school for at least 12 months.**
- Use of Office 365 Suite office tools (Excel and Power Point).
- English Level C1.
- We are looking for a person with a high capacity for learning, planning and autonomy.

- Flexible Schedule: from Monday to Thursday from 8:00-9:30 to 17:30-19:00, on Fridays from 8:00-9:30 to 14:00-15:30.
- Summer Schedule during the months of July and August (from Monday to Friday from 8:00-9:30 to 14:00-15:30)
- Internship Duration**:12 months.**
