Network Support Engineer

**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide 24/7 network support as part of a rotating shift schedule.
- Monitor network performance to ensure smooth and reliable operation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues at the L1 level.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware and software.
- Collaborate with the primary and secondary network engineers to ensure consistent coverage and response times.
- Document network issues and resolutions to track recurring problems and implement long-term solutions.
- Follow standard operating procedures and guidelines to manage network operations.
- Communicate effectively with the our Team and escalate issues when necessary.
**Requirements**:
- Basic understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing.
- Hands-on experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
- Familiarity with network hardware such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a 24/7 shift environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA) are a plus.
- Prior experience in a network support role is preferred.
**Job Type**: Contract
Pay: 35.00€ per hour
