We open our third production plant in Spain, located in Tortosa. With an initial investment of 270 million euros and more than 180 direct jobs. The group will invest in Tortosa around than 500 million euros in the coming years and reach at least 300 employees. This new Greenfield location will help us to expand our European operations and explore new and emerging markets.

Main duties and responsibilities

Legal advice to all company departments.

Analysis of legal issues.

Contract drafting.

Corporate agreements.

Relations with public and regulatory bodies.

Participation in the legal international strategy of the company.

Coordination of external advisors.

Minimum experience of 5 years as a lawyer in a reputable law firm, or in the in house legal

department of a multinational company.

Adaptability and ability to solve complex problems providing practical solutions.

**Main areas of expertise**: corporative law, commercial law, administrative law.

High level of English.

Working on-site at the Tortosa factory.
