Tasks

Your responsibilities as a Global Digital Learning Consultant will be:

- Partner with the Global Digital Learning Programme Manager and

regional Talent Development teams to identify the appropriate learning
approach and content for the target audience
- Creating storyboards, audio and video scripts, job aids, scenarios, case studies, learning activities, and user guides
- Collaborating closely with other Learning Consultants, Designers

and Delivery Specialists to align on the design, development, and
delivery process for all projects
- Providing instructional design guidance and support to the team, SMEs and Talent Development teams
- Developing engaging and innovative digital learning solutions

including e-Learning, infographics, video, animation, interactive
simulations, quizzes, etc. using design tools such as Articulate 360,
Adobe Creative Cloud, Powtoon etc
- Participating in quality review processes to ensure all content and learning solutions meet our quality standards
- Challenging the status quo and project teams on learning

methodologies and delivery techniques to deliver the most successful
products and results
- Staying abreast of the latest trends and best practices in the

eLearning and Instructional Design community to enhance and expand on
training objectives and deliverables

**Requirements**:
Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

- You have a fluent level of English
- You have a degree in Instructional Design, Education, Adult Learning or Technology are a plus
- You have a previous experience of 3+ years in an L&D role, with

a focus on instructional design, adult learning methodologies and
tools, training design or designing digital learning experiences
- You have experience in designing and developing digital learning

**assets**: e-Learning, infographics, videos, interactive simulations,
animations, visual designs, style guides and prototypes
- You have experience with rapid authoring tools - Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, Powtoon,etc
- You have experience in creating storyboards and scripts
- You have experience in managing relationships with global stakeholders in a demanding, high-performance environment
- You have strong understanding of blended learning and adult

learning principles. Experience in other modern learning techniques such
as gamification, social learning, spaced learning, microlearning,
flipped classroom etc is a plus
- You are familiar with Learning Management Systems is a plus
- You are able to work and thrive in rapidly changing environments
- You have strong communication skills in English - verbal, written, and presentation with the ability to influence others
- You have strong attention to detail and organization skills.
