**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
We are looking for an Early career Researcher fellow contracted to support a research project on melanoma, in the B-ARGO (Badalona-Applied Research in Oncology) group at the IGTP in collaboration with the Medical Oncology Service of the ICO Badalona.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Joining a project** involving the generation and manipulation of 3D cultures and cell co-cultures, as well as immunophenotyping analyses by Flow Citometry. Participating in bioinformatic data analyses.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCIE**:

- ** Bachelor's degree** in Biology, Biomedical Sciences or similar
- ** Master's degree** in Biomedicine or similar will be valued
- ** High level of English** (minimum B2 level)
- Previous research experience in melanoma
- Proven experience in Bioinformatics
- Certificated experience in Flow Citometry
- Proven experience in:

- In vitro cell culture: 2D, 3D and co-culture with PBMCs
- Molecular biology: quantitative PCR, Western blot
- Nanostring data analysis
