Business Analyst

We are looking for a **Business Analyst - Intercompany Value Chain** to be part of our **IT Mergers and Acquisitions (MnA) and Nestlé Enterprise Transaction Template (NETT)** stream.

**About the Intercompany Value Chain**
The Team supports IT related aspects in MnA transactions and leads IT/Business operating model developments as well as NETT enhancements.

**What you’ll do**
- You will act as functional contact between multiple Business Stakeholders (Function, Market, GMB, CoS, etc.) and IT stakeholders throughout the project and services lifecycle.
- You will demonstrate strong primary functional area of expertise in Demand & Supply Planning and Customer Service with solid integration abilities among various functions within Supply Chain and/or Finance/T&P operations.
- You are the primary coordinator of AppMs service deployments execution for the given MA&D-IVC&NETT project scope.
- You will work closely with the business and IT for the success of projects particular driven in the MA&D & IVC domains acting as a functional specialist and integrator to ensure efficient collaboration of IT X-product group and X-stream.
- Focus will particularly be on projects requiring business integration and/or restructuring involving multi-disciplinary teams and multiple markets. This particularly relates to functional/process expertise within the MA&D stream.
- This role particularly involves a solid functional relationship management skillset, enabling transparent communications, facilitation of issue resolution, triggering escalations processes when required, with a solid understanding of the IT organization, stakeholders, compliance and funding governance.
- You will be responsible to translate business requirements, opportunities, challenges and needs into IT product requirements and to play a key role in leveraging IT Product roadmaps. You will specify, test and deploy those as IT solutions, as well as ensuring Operations Sustain services are in place, if required in alignment with other Product Groups.

**Minimum qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in business, information systems or related discipline, or equivalent.
- 5+ years’ experience of SAP business analysis in a relevant functional area/s.
- Experience with SD and/or MM modules of SAP ERP. Experience with SAP APO and DRP planning.
- Extensive product & project management experience.
- Extensive business experience in a relevant function is beneficial.
- Strong experience working in an Agile/DevOps environment using design thinking methodology.
- Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English.
- Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams.
