Wolters Kluwer Health provides trusted clinical technology and evidence-based solutions that drive effective decision-making and outcomes across healthcare. Currently, we are looking for a Account Coordinator/Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Mission:
The Account Coordinator is responsible for providing excellent and timely customer service to the medical, academic and corporate market, and accurate order entry of customer orders.
**Responsibilities**:
- Timely, accurate and consistent order processing and data entry to ensure standards and targets are met and in line with company policies
- Respond to customer inquiries to resolve problems and assist with queries in a timely and effective manner to ensure customer satisfaction
- Work close to Sales, Finance and Customer Engagement departments to ensure optimum account, activation setup and debt management improvement
- Continuously seek ways to improve the service offered and adopt a proactive approach to improving service; undertake ad-hoc projects
**Profile**:
- Fluent in oral and written English
- Fluent in any other European language
- Great customer service skills
- Be proficient at using a desktop pc
- Able to learn new software quickly through training
- Great attention to detail
- Reliable and able to work independently or with our team
- Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment is a must
- Highly motivated
- Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
