At **G+D Mobile Security**, the world leader in secure telecommunications systems via SIM / eSIM, we are looking for an **experienced Senior Manager to strategize standardization**and industry body activities**.**As Senior Manager Standardization, you will own and drive the standardization activities in close alignment with our portfolio management and company strategy. In addition, you will **represent Mobile Security in selected standardization bodies** and actively contribute to corresponding working groups.

**Your Tasks**:

- Represent G+D Mobile Security (MS) for selected products and technologies in relevant regulatory bodies, industry associations and Standard Developing Organizations (SDOs) with a focus on IoT and cyber security / device security.
- Implement G+D Mobile Security interests, translate them into appropriate standardization activities and actively contribute to those industry associations, SDOs and/or regulatory bodies. This includes elaborating MS responses to consultations launched by Enisa or the European Commission.
- Provide input to MS standardization strategy and budget requirements. Propose clear and measurable targets.
- Share information on ongoing standardization and relevant regulatory activities and trends within G+D MS globally, in particular with product management, strategy, market intelligence and R&D.
- Determine impact of standardization and regulatory topics and trends on G+D MS product portfolio and act accordingly.
- Collect input from technology experts within G+D MS, define and ensure execution of top IP jobs to be done for the G+D MS business domain.
- Represent G+D MS IP interests and contribute to the G+D MS IP strategy.
- Participate in patent meetings and provide guidance on IP creation and maintenance decisions.
- Foster creation of standards essential IP and the adoption of G+D MS IP in relevant standards and specifications.

**Profile / skills / experience**:

- University degree with strong technical and innovation background, or comparable.
- Deep understanding of G+D MS technologies, in particular: IoT architectures and technologies, connectivity solutions, IoT/consumer device security, cyber security and security/compliance certification schemes.
- Extensive experience in regulatory processes and in dealing with regulatory bodies.
- Ability to communicate and present technically complex topics to a diverse group of people.
- Proven negotiation skills in an international and multi-cultural environment, ability to develop and implement compromises.
- Experienced in participating and contributing to standardization or industry organizations, deep understanding of specification development and maintenance processes.
- Several years experience in product management.
- Ideally experienced in IP creation, patent filing and related processes.
- Ability and readiness to travel.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
