Technology Consultant

Technology Consultant- EU & EM Delivery Hub, Manage Business Tech team, is working closely with the global Product teams in a Product Led setup, creating products/solutions and new capabilities to ensure that all legal & fiscal requirements are fully implemented, and the company is totally complaint. We are involved in many e-invoicing implementation projects across various countries in Europe and Emerging markets, and we also deploy VAT reporting solutions to fulfill mandatory requirements to Tax Authorities. We are also responsible for the implementation of local payroll solutions.- We are also responsible to lead, drive and deliver comprehensive consulting to multiple business stakeholders and working closely with the Tech Project Management organization to rollout global products or projects for Europe and Emerging Markets.- Our purpose as “EU & EM Delivery Hub, Manage Business Tech team” is to:
- Being a strategic business enabler and partner, by focusing on the Market needs and drive efficiency and innovation with the products teams in EU & EM.
- Provide the insights on Europe & Emerging Markets to global products teams by understanding business processes and work as one team delivering new solutions or new capabilities
- Digitalize business processes for our e-Invoicing and tax reporting solutions
- Improve business processes and ensure that adidas is fully complaint across all countries
- Being experts in global products and local solutions for Finance and HR end to end

- WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

- End to end thinkers with engineering and technical background in SAP FICO or SAP HR, and business acumen with experience in Fashion industry in Sales, Retail or Logistic
- Understanding of legal and fiscal requirements
- Experience on SAP customizing and user testing.
- Being familiar with definition of technical specifications
- Passion about business opportunities enabled by technology and making things happen within a complex, technical and business environment.

- Very good project skills to lead mid-scale projects.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills, especially when interacting with different levels of business stakeholders.
- Four-year university degree with clear focus on Information Technologies (IT) or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive work experience in the field of TECH Consulting/Project Management
