- Handling of tickets regarding our tools
- Life Cycle Management (including on premises servers)
- Daily checks and maintenance of the environment
- Maintaining integrations, including certificates and secure communication
- Deploying and maintaining Discoveries that get CI's into the CMDB
- Troubleshooting discovery and Native SACM (synchronization between UCMDB and SMAX CI's)
- Creating enrichments, pattern models for automated relations
- Creating, testing new developed functionality in UCMDB supporting the processes within client

**IS FAMILIAR WITH**:

- IT Infrastructure (preferred).
- Automation minded (nice to know, nice to recongnize where automation could be used.)

**MUST HAVE**:

- The following technical knowledge is necessary:
- General knowledge of IT networking (DHCP, DNS, IP Adresses, Protocols, Firewalls)
- General knowledge of IT Security (Authorization, Authentication, Certificates, Protocols, Best practices)
- Knowledge of UCMDB, to be able to handle tickets about functionality, as well as creating and modifying discovery and pattern models.

**NICE TO HAVE**:

- Knowledge of ITILv4.
- Knowledge of Agile
- A pro-active attitude : think in solutions, pick up tasks and take responsiblility.
- Learn; by seeing, participating, doing.
