- Identify opportunities to optimize legacy systems for improved performance and efficiency.

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, software development methodologies, and quality assurance processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to legacy systems.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in legacy system development.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent problem-solving skills with theability to troubleshoot complextechnical issues.
- Strong communication skills with theability to effectively collaborate withcross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of some legacy programming languages such as C,COBOL, RPG, PL/1, etc., as well asassociated tools and frameworks.
- Experience leading a team of developers in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., waterfall, agile) and version control systems.
- Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., DB2,Oracle).
