**What will you do?**
- Brand Strategy Plan_
- Build a branded house architecture
- Work with Business Unit leaders and the product department to align all services and product brands under the DerbySoft brand
- Maintain the company reputation in the industry
- Marketing Strategy Plan_
- Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan to increase brand awareness
- Establish short-term and long-term marketing goals for internal teams
- Monitor all marketing campaigns and improve them when necessary
- Prioritize marketing projects and allocate resources accordingly
- Provide guidance and ideas to organize effective marketing events
- Communicate principally through owned, earned and direct digital channels augmented by speaking and demonstration opportunities
- Amplify PR strategies through media partnerships to extend reach and resonance
- Content versioned and atomized for use in short form channels to raise awareness and capture interest
- Adapt product proposition and driving go-to-market strategies to maximize commercial impact and successes in global
- Value Proposition_
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for CEO
- Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth, and present the results to the management team and board members
- Manage marketing budget allocation and ensure optimal use of marketing budgets
- Responsible for marketing P&L
- Develop KPIs to evaluate the success of marketing activities and measure the ROI of marketing investments on business outcomes
- Ensure the whole company is trained and able to deliver the right “value-message” on the solution to our customers and end-users, and has the right tools and assets to do so

What do you have to bring to the table?*
- 10+ years’ corporate marketing experience, with at least 3 years’ experience as Marketing Director/VP or senior marketing team member at a global company
- Experience in China and travel industry is preferred
- A Master's degree in marketing, communications or relevant field is required
- Familiarity with both corporate marketing strategy and product marketing strategy is a plus
- SPAC or newly IPO-ed public company experience is preferred
- Broad overview experience in marketing strategy, digital marketing, media strategy, marketing communication, product marketing and marketing P&L management required
- Proven track record in demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
- Experience in managing supervising staff in a multinational company is required as well as experience with cost effective management of outside marketing and media resources

- Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends as needed
- Strong communication skills
- Fluency in English required, (reading, writing, and speaking), fluency in Mandarin is a plus
- Ability to travel both nationally and internationally
- Prior supervisory experience with demonstrated ability to lead and motivate
