Position Summary

Objectives of this Role
- Design, execute, and effectively communicate analysis that identifies meaningful trends and opportunities across the business.
- Participate in regular meetings with management; assessing and addressing issues to identify and implement improvements toward efficient operations.
- Provide strong and timely analytic decision support to business partners and various organizational stakeholders.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
- Conduct full lifecycle of analytics projects from project requirements documentation to design and execution, including pulling, manipulating, and exporting data.
- Evaluate key performance indicators, provide ongoing reports, and recommend areas for improvements.
- Develop and implement data analyses.
- Prepare, analyse, and summarize various weekly, monthly, and periodic analytical results for use by various key stakeholders, creating reports, specifications, dashboards, and instructions.
- Work with various departments (Finance, Sales, Ops) to help support forecasting, budgeting and R&O, creating automated dashboards as much as possible to allow proper analysis and comparison between forecasts.
- Take part in and contribute to the setting of the Long Range Plan (LRP) by providing analysis and insight across different markets and products.
- Build and maintain a set of KPIs to allow efficient running of the business.

Skills and Qualifications
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree with good computer & logical skills.
- Preferred: Experience working with Tableau.
- Essential: Strong Excel & MS-Office skills.
- Essential: Experience in working with enterprise BI tools (e.g. POWER BI, OBI, Cognos, QlikView etc)
- A passion for data, technology, and personal development.
- A desire to develop your technical skill set using new technology.
- A creative approach to problem-solving with a desire to grow with us.
- Enjoy learning about games.
- An ability to drive action & outcomes from your work.
