**Corporate Finance Manager**

**Role purpose**
As a Corporate Finance Manager you will be responsible for developing and managing high-quality investor relations materials, maintaining effective communication with existing and potential investors and investment banks / advisors, and executing key financial projects on fundraising and M&A. This role is essential for ensuring accurate and compelling presentations, supporting bond sales, managing funding projects, and driving financial and operational efficiencies across the organization. The roles provides direct front office exposure to top-tier investment banks, global credit and private equity funds, family offices and asset managers.
**Primary Responsibilities**
Work with Existing and Prospective Investors:
- Conduct regular calls with existing and potential debt and equity investors, focusing on bond
sales, structured debt, securitizations and refinancing of maturing investors.
- Prepare for each call and follow up with materials and ongoing Q&A/.
- Maintain relationship and provide for periodic monitoring materials with existing investors
Presentations / Virtual Data Rooms (VDRs):
- Collaborate with all teams to gather relevant inputs for investor presentations and VDRs.
- Tailor materials to meet investor expectations.
- Challenge each statement and number to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Update group decks quarterly and create ad hoc decks for various purposes.
- Prepare quarterly board decks and monthly reports.
- Lead the work to prepare data behind monthly reports, correcting legacy database errors.
- Maintain and update VDRs for each project with finance, legal, statistics, and other information quarterly or upon request.
Support M&A initiatives:
- Communicate with investment banks to help originate M&A targets.
- Analyze the potential targets, build financial models and prepare internal investment memos.
- Coordinate financial and legal advisors and internal stakeholders to prepare necessary documentation throughout the whole M&A execution process
Executing on Funding Projects:
- Prepare materials to address Q&A, reviewing and challenging initial data from teams to ensure proper presentation to investors.
- Review and coordinate various documents, including NDAs, engagement contracts, and transaction documents from a commercial standpoint.
- Oversee technical workstreams of transactions, such as integrations and reporting setups.
**Knowledge and skills**
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and challenge data for accuracy.
- Experience in investor relations, particularly in structured credit products.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in managing complex projects and coordinating multiple workstreams.
- Experience in financial analysis and reporting, with an understanding of correcting legacy data issues.
- Ability to negotiate commercial terms effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Proactive in identifying and addressing potential issues.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
**Education**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field preferred.
