Knowledge and skills
- Holds a certificate in PRINCE2 or PMP or equivalent
- Has at least 3 years of experience in delivering IT systems
- Has experience in leading at least 2 medium-large ICT projects as a project manager
- Is conversant with current technologies and trends relevant to the project in the relevant to SC
- Presents excellent communication skills, including the ability to produce high quality written material and

presentations for a variety of audiences
- Aligns his work easily to the changing environment, is able to work effectively in a variety of situations,

seeks improvements and proactively looks to further improvements
- Presents strong problem-solving skills
- Displays strong leadership
- Possesses the ability to work effectively with colleagues, managers and suppliers

Specific requirements
- Experienced in organization of work in scrums
- Experienced in managing Team work with Azure DevOps
- Client oriented and experienced in Business Stakeholders management
- Experienced in projects to implement ERP class systems, preferably on Dynamics 365 (other Micorosft

cloud technology components), Service Now platform
- Experienced in managing such aspects of projects as: Cyber Security requirements, personal data privacy

related functional and security requirements

Typical tasks and responsibilities
- Manages effectively and efficiently the project within its complete lifecycle and scope
- Establishes and manages project controls in order to ensure that the milestones are met and project

products delivered on time and within scope and the business goals are enabled
- Assures and controls quality of the project deliverables
- Identifies, tracks, monitors and communicates project-related issues, scope changes, variances and

contingencies that may arise during the implementation of the project
- Liaise with Project Board and other key stakeholders
- Assigns and controls the tasks, authorizes work packages, balance priorities and workload in the team,

motivates project team members
- Plans and controls project products delivery processes
- Manages effective communication within the project and with external environment of the project
- Produces project management products (like plans, logs, schedules). Defines the responsibilities of parties

involved in the project
- Prepares and presents oral and written technical reports and project presentations
- Organizes and conducts project meeting
