What will your challenges be?
Process supplier invoices in accordance with established procedures.
Ensure tax and regulatory compliance in accordance with current regulations (including VAT and withholdings).
Coordinate with the local team in subsidiaries and other internal areas (such as Procurement and Controlling) for the correct coding and approval of invoices.
Reconcile supplier accounts and follow up on discrepancies.
Support the monthly accounting close with accurate and timely information.
Contribute to the fulfillment of supplier payment KPIs (payment terms, invoice accuracy, level of incidents resolved).
Manage incidents with suppliers and follow up until resolution.
Collaborate on continuous improvement and process automation initiatives in the area.
Provide support in internal and external audits by providing requested information and documentation.
Maintain organized and accessible documentation in accordance with internal audit policies.
Are you the one we are waiting for?
**Education**: 2-3 years in Accounts Payable, accounting, or finance, ideally in a multinational environment.
**Experience**: Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or similar.
**Languages**: Native Spanish, upper-intermediate English;
IT: SAP, advanced Excel.
