Digital Marketer

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketer to join our international marketing team. As a member of the team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our HR training services to a global audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote HR training services
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, metrics, and conversion rates to continuously improve campaign performance
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure our digital marketing efforts are cutting-edge

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent in French and English (any other European language is a plus)
- Native German speaking is a great asset (to focus on German market during launch)
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on B2B marketing
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and social media advertising
- Experience with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Pardot, Marketo)
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Experience in HR industry is a plus
