**Job Overview**:
**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Server-Side Development: Build efficient, testable, and reusable backend modules. Develop clean, robust, and scalable code.
- Database Management: Design and implement databases to ensure integrity, performance, and security. Manage data exchange between the server and users.
- Integration: Streamline data storage solutions and integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Troubleshooting and Debugging: Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues.
- Collaborative Development: Collaborate with frontend developers and other team members to set up objectives, design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience.

**What You Need To Succeed**:

- Proven Backend Development Experience: Proficiency in server-side languages, we use here C#, but any other language also works.
- Familiarity with Database Technology: Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and their declarative query languages.
- System Architecture Understanding: Ability to design and implement API-based architectures including REST.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize code for performance and scalability.
- Effective Communication: Strong abilities in clear communication, capable of explaining complex ideas to non-technical team members.
- Adaptability: Open to adopting new technologies and frameworks as needed by project demands.
