Job Title: Vitamin Intravenous (IV) Nurse

We are looking for two nurses to fill a full time position (5 days per week) with split shifts, ideally.

**Responsibilities**:
Oversee & Deliver IV Therapy Operations:

- Deliver, lead and coordinate IV therapies, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of treatments.
- Develop and implement standardised protocols and procedures to maintain consistency and quality of care.
- Oversee the inventory and management of IV supplies and medications.

Quality Assurance and Improvement:

- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement in IV therapy services.
- Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement evidence-based practices.

Strategic Planning:

- Contribute to the development of long-term strategic plans for IV therapy and beyond.
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion of IV therapy services.

Client Education and Advocacy:

- Provide comprehensive education to patients about IV therapy, addressing their concerns and questions.
- Advocate for the needs of clients, ensuring they receive optimal care and support.

**Qualifications**:

- Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with current NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) registration.
- Prescribers preferred but not necessary.
- Experience in delivering Vitamin Infusions (preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IV therapy or a related field.
- A&E or ITU experience preferred but not necessary.
- Proven ability to insert and manage PVC lines efficiently and with mínimal discomfort to clients.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care.
- Ability to work independently

Pay: 220.00€ - 295.00€ per day
