Asistencia Técnica dentro de las instalaciones del cliente para el acondicionamiento de materiales para su aplicación en las distintas cabinas de aplicación. El proceso se realizará en el sitio del cliente con el fin de optimizar productividad y coste.
PRINCIPALES ACTIVIDADES - Sala de Mezclas
- Pedidos al Almacén
- Control de Viscosidad y Temperatura.
- Control Agitadores
- Cargas de Pintura Circuitos de Circulating
- Cargas de Pintura Circuitos de Minicirculating
- Limpieza y Carga de Circuitos de Colores Especiales
- Preparación Y Gestión de Calderines de Esmalte
- Carga de Disolventes
- Limpieza de Circuitos de Circulating: Barniz
- Limpieza de Circuitos de Circulating: Minicirculating
- Limpieza de Circuitos de Circulating: Bases Metalizadas
- Limpieza de Circuitos de Circulating: Esmaltes Monocapas
- Limpieza de Circuitos de Circulating: Aprestos
- Identificación de Materiales En Sala De Mezclas
- Separación e Identificación de Residuos
- Cambio preventivo de Filtros
- Apoyo en la realización de inventarios mensuales
- Mantenimiento de las 5´S.

Esta posición reporta directamente al Coordinador de Turno Mercedes-Benz Vitoria.
