**Position**: Inside Sales Representative
**Location**: Barcelona, Spain (On-site)
**Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to drive sales growth.
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in the CRM system.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in **French** and **English** (both written and spoken).
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in an inside sales role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work on-site in Barcelona, Spain.
