Affiliate Relationship Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- **Retail Strategy Development**: Craft and execute a retail strategy that supports our segment priorities, complete with a measurable implementation plan.
- **Affiliate Partnerships**: Build and maintain strong relationships with online and offline retailers to develop affiliate partnerships, enhancing our market presence and revenue streams.
- **Performance Tracking**: Continuously monitor the performance of the retail business, adjusting key priorities in response to results to ensure ongoing success and growth.
- **Marketing and Content Planning**: Oversee the planning and distribution of releases, marketing materials, and content, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals and affiliate partners' needs.
- **Industry Monitoring**: Stay informed about changing trends in marketing practices within the industry, adopting innovative approaches to stay competitive and relevant.
- **Project and Resource Management**: Efficiently manage multiple projects and creative resources, ensuring timely and successful execution of affiliate marketing strategies.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience Requirement**: A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of developing successful affiliate relationships and strategies.
- **Affiliate Marketing Knowledge**: Previous experience working with affiliates is essential, demonstrating an ability to foster productive and mutually beneficial partnerships.
- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Strategic and Organizational Proficiency**: Must possess a strategic mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional organizational skills are required to navigate the complexities of affiliate relationships and marketing strategies.
- **Self-Motivation and Initiative**: Looking for a motivated self-driver who takes initiative, with the capability to work independently and drive projects to completion.
**Salary**: 25,000.00€ - 40,000.00€ per year
