**Project Description**:
Our client, an international group in the construction sector, is currently designing a SAP S/4HANA Core Model (Finance + Project Management/PS) with pilot rollouts planned.
The program?s objective is to standardize end-to-end project management, ensure profitability, and accelerate activity control.
The AMOA Consultant / Stream Lead will be responsible for leading the PS/PPM stream at the business level, ensuring the consistency of the Core Model and its integration with FI/CO, Ivalua, and other systems.
**Main responsibilities include**:
? Designing and validating E2E processes, coordinating multi-country workshops, and managing Fit/Gap analysis.
? Ensuring functional integration PS/PPM ? FI/CO/SD + Ivalua.
? Organizing and overseeing SIT/UAT phases (including EBRR and progress-based billing).
? Preparing and supporting pilot deployments (cutover, training, change management, hypercare).
? Governing the Core Model and ensuring its sustainability for future rollouts.
? Solid experience in the construction / BTP / EPC sector (subcontracting, work certifications, change orders, retentions).
? 8?12 years of experience as AMOA / SAP PS/PPM Stream Lead, with at least 2 S/4HANA rollouts.
? Deep knowledge of EBRR and PS integrations.
? Strong practice in SAP Activate methodologies, Agile/Scrum, and change management.
? Excellent communication skills, ability to facilitate workshops, and strong relationship-building with C-level stakeholders.
**? Languages**: Native Spanish, professional French and English.
