Purpose:
The Supply Network Coordinator is responsible for supply planning and management of multi-national and multi-country supply sites. This includes both midterm 3-6 months view as well as long term supply planning and capacity evaluation and assigned internal and external sites. This role is the site facing arm of the end-to-end supply chain and is responsible for communicating any site relevant risks to the Customer Supply Chain per communication protocol to ensure seamless communication flow and risk mitigation strategies.

Assigned Region responsibilities will cover 100-300SKUs supporting regional sales of ~500-1000Mio EUR in sales.

The position also supports the site performance reviews for assigned internal sites to ensure full performance management. This includes scenario planning and flexibility planning with supply sites.

The position is responsible for being a process owner for assigned business processes in support of overall Business Process Management, which includes but is not limited to LTSP/Capacity planning, Scenario Planning, and Inventory and Obsolescence Management.

Additionally, this role supports routine and ad-hoc business analytics / reporting to identify trends and support the S&OP and Supply Review processes including assigned standard slides for monthly meetings by assigned due date.

Key tasks of the Supply Network Coordinator:
Supports the Monthly Site Performance Review Meetings in alignment with E2E Supply Network Manager, assigned internal and external sites:

- Alignment on key KPIs
- Alignment of key demand changes
- Alignment on constrained supply plan
- Alignment on mitigation strategies
- Alignment on Long term supply planning
- Alignment on inventory and obsolescence management

Support on site level:

- Planning Performance Adherence
- Plant Utilization reporting and supporting performance
- Capacity actual to plan performance and reporting

Support on global level:

- OTIF and Case fill rate performance and reporting
- Forecast Accuracy, Bias and Volume Variance performance and reporting and communicating major shifts to sites to ensure rapid response from supply sites
- DOH Inventory monitoring at site level and identifying ways to reduce inventory value
- Obsolescence/Write-off performance and reporting and supporting mitigation strategies across the pipeline for short
- and long-term mitigations
- Launch Excellence performance and reporting ensuring team is hitting agreed launch and transfer timelines within
- RCCP operational planning support and detailed line scheduling
- Support weekly capacity review meetings with the assigned sites

SAP/APO user:

- Supports Global Performance and Tactics in identifying needed competencies
- Support of ad-hoc troubleshooting
- Including Master Data cleansing and maintenance for site facing parameters

Acts as Supply Planner for Multi-National Supply:

- Support of supply issues communication to SCM Regional supply teams when there is a supply related or launch related topic impacting their region
- Is responsible for ensuring Net demand is fed through system properly to ensure supply is delivered by required build dates

Acts as Inventory Coordinator for assigned region
- Supports preparation for annual budgeting
- Provides monthly reporting of actuals to budget
- Provides overview of Obsolescence risk

Qualification & competencies:
**Education**:

- BA/BS degree in a business, logistics, technical discipline or equivalent - MBA preferred
- 3+ years of supply chain management experience in Pharmaceutical, Consumer Products, or ISO Regulated industry; 3+ years SAP experience (SD/PP/MM) or equivalent combination of education and/or experience desired.
