We are recruiting a Brand Manager to join our team in Ireland

You will be responsible for managing the Lindt large bars brand portfolio (including the EXCELLENCE brand) & Easter portfolio (including the iconic Lindt GOLD BUNNY brand), leading and delivering key focus marketing projects and supporting the Marketing Director in the delivery of all business and marketing objectives.

**Key responsibilities**:
Strategic Lead:

- Lead with the Marketing director in developing the right growth strategy for next year ahead through analysing key internal data (sales & profitability) and market dynamics (brand performance indicators), drawing insightful conclusions to support the brand planning process.
- Contribute to Y+1 portfolio and plan, including NPD initial feasibility, developing all or aspects of 360 multi touch points activation plan leveraging Lindt Difference where appropriate with strong alignment with key stakeholders.
- Deliver contribution in line with process communicated by Management on time and in full.

Marketing Plans and Activation:

- Lead implementation of agreed plans for current yearfor all or aspects of brand campaigns (e.g. TV, print, digital, online activation, partnerships, out of store events and PR) working with multiple agencies, category management and other key internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead implementation of agreed plans for current yearfor all or aspects of shopper marketing campaigns including all instore activity e.g. display, instore activation, point of sale, customer relationships etc.
- Set up clear metrics to analyse activities and propose adaptations to plan when performance measures are not being met or when alternative activities are seen to deliver better results.
- Budget and P&L Management.

Innovation & NPD
- Leads the full development of new products signed off at MPD: from accurate P&L to execution (including supplier briefings, project proposal and relationships with factories, cost & feasibility, artwork management and all internal alignments).

Ongoing Business Analysis:

- Preparation and delivery of content for all key internal and external meetings.
- Ongoing analysis of brand performance, identifying issues and opportunities in the market to ensure targets are achieved (NTS/GP/Market Share/Penetration etc.).

Other Responsibilities:

- Expected to take at least one additional ‘project champion’ lead for ad-hoc or ongoing projects.

**Working Relationship**:
This role requires the individual to build and maintain relationships with key internal and external contacts:
External:

- Design agency, logistic and storage partners, PR agency, events agency, digital agency, advertising and media agency
- Event partners
- Key brand partners

Internal
- All parts of the Lindt Ireland team
- The Lindt UK team
- International marketing

**Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience Required**
- Previous experience at ABM or BM level within a large FMCG Company
- Educated to degree or equivalent (minimum 2:1)
- Experience of constructing and managing brand P&Ls
- Demonstrable experience in building and delivering 360 brand plans
- Analytical skills and strategic ability
- Experience of working cross functionally with good networking and relationship management skills
- Well organised, able to multi task with extensive project management experience. Consistently meets deadlines and ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Result and solution oriented
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
- Premium brand sensitivity
- Microsoft office skills - Experienced and proficient at a high level in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
- Knowledge of Nielsen/Kantar databases an advantage
- Full clean driver’s license and own car

***The role is head-office based in Sandyford, Dublin (60% of the time)
