**The role**:
As a key driver of innovation for Veterinary Supplements (PPVS) sector, this role focuses on lead the Innovation & Renovation strategy, aligned with business objectives for zone Europe.

You will be the proactive leader for generating and refining innovative ideas through collaborative workshops and design thinking methodologies. By managing projects from concept to market launch, you will ensure optimal resource allocation and foster sustainable solutions that resonate with consumer needs and brand aspirations.

**What you’ll do**:

- Design the innovation vision for PP Veterinary supplements, aligned with business strategy and identify innovative solutions. It involves developing Innovation Platforms, analyzing opportunities and risks, and ensuring alignment with brand and business ecosystem initiatives to achieve strategic goals.
- Generate and seek ideas by screening various innovation sources, conducting brainstorming workshops, and utilizing innovation tools aligned with the defined business strategy and innovation platforms. Consider leveraging internal networks and resources, taking into account co-creation when relevant, and integrating sustainability needs from the outset.
- Use various tools for problem solving, i.e. design thinking (consumer centricity, pain-point focus, visualization, fast prototyping, early consumer feedbacks & tests), to develop and refine original ideas.
- Define project scope with appropriate resource from brief to launch in the markets.

**Minimum qualifications**:

- Academical background in Business Administration, Veterinary or similar.
- 8+ years’ experience in Brand Management, Project Management or similar roles.
- Previous experience in the PPVS industry, and in a local market environment.
- Strong stakeholder management at all levels.
- Effective communication both oral and written.
- Ability to inspire others towards achieving common goals, in a collaborative environment.
- Fluent in English.
